During these you also can change your pre-billed hours, within just 30 days’ notice.

Predictable Monthly Billing
Magna5 IT Help Desk Services can be pre-billed at an hourly rate per month. If more incidents are received than contracted, the overage time is billed based on the actual overage hours at the end of the month. Our cost-saving fixed monthly fee is a fraction of the cost of setting up a help desk yourself. You will pay less than in-house operations after all the certifications, experience, training, quality control and license fees.
