Lucas brings more than 12 years of executive leadership and business development experience to Magna5, with focus on improving profit margins, growing client bases and guiding cross-functional sales teams in generating record-setting sales revenues.

In his new role, Lucas will be responsible for developing a customer base across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas, focusing primarily in selling managed IT services, cloud solutions and cybersecurity.

Prior to joining Magna5, Lucas served as sales consultant for David L. Aldridge Company leading business development activities in selling Managed IT Outsourcing services, where he achieved 118% sales growth in the first two years. Previously, Lucas was district manager for ADP TotalSource attracting new clients and growing revenue 215% selling the company’s Human Capital Management Outsourcing solutions. He was also instrumental in growing business and gross profits for ViaTech Publishing Solutions and Nestle Waters Direct, and he has proven sales performance in outbound sales for B2C and B2B customers as personal banker and senior financial sales advisor with Citibank and BBVA Compass Bank.
