Chief Executive Officer, Rick Lottie, brings more than 30 years industry and vertical market expertise to Magna5. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Rick served as Magna5’s Executive Chairman and Board Member, a position he continues to hold.

Rick began his career as a systems engineer, progressing through management, sales and various executive positions, including a group executive role at MCI Systemhouse. He was responsible for all outsourcing accounts and centers, outsourcing sales, and technical delivery services, encompassing a $1 billion P&L and 4,200 employees in Canada, the U.S. and Europe. Additionally, at EDS, he established a commercial outsourcing sales organization, winning integration and outsourcing contracts with firms such as Caterpillar, Snyder General and Northwest Airlines.

At MCI Systemhouse, he was instrumental in establishing the U.S. systems integration and outsourcing business, selling, negotiating and managing million-dollar contracts with large, multinational corporations, including FMC Corporation, Moore and Apple Computer. Internally, he led the rationalization and standardization of a multi-platform environment, consolidating hardware and software to form a more efficient, cost-effective delivery infrastructure.

Rick attended the United Stated Naval Academy where he received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Mathematics. He served in the United States Marine Corps for five years.
